Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items without original packaging
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can arrange an exchange or replacement.
